Order Policy
Currently, we have a minimum order
policy of USD $ 2000.00. Please email or
call us for a volume discount.
Shipping
Policy
Please allow 1-6 weeks for delivery. We
ship standard Air Cargo service
otherwise requested by the customers.

Prices are based on a volume of
purchase. Due to fluctuation of the
world currency exchange rate and the raw
material cost, prices are subject to
change with no prior notice. Please

International
Returns
Policy
*No International Returns and Refunds are accepted
after the confirmation of the order.
*Damaged merchandize in transit must be
reported to us either by email: kalpexim@vsnl.net
or phone: +91-22-2873-1952 within 3 days
of receiving the shipment to obtain the
necessary credit.
Payment
Until you have established credit with
us, all purchases must be prepaid.
